Warranty

All Mountings & Bushes polyurethane products are covered by a manufacturers warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Polyurethane components are designed to outlast standard rubber parts and are warranted for the expected service life under normal driving conditions.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mbpoly.com with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
